Are you interested in a career in radio broadcasting? 77 WABC has partnered with the New York State Broadcasters Association in a special paid internship program for summer 2009. One student will be selected to participate.
77 WABC is America’s premiere news-talk radio station and reflects the excitement that is New York City. Leading news-talk personalities like Imus in the Morning, Joe Scarborough, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin and Curtis Sliwa all originate their shows with 77 WABC. The radio station is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan near several transportation hubs.
Undergraduate students 17 to 22 years old, who are residents of or attend school in New York State, are invited to apply. If you think a career in radio broadcasting sounds exciting, we want to hear from you!
To be considered for this special internship program, send us a letter telling us why you’d like to work at 77 WABC this summer along with your resume. Your application must be received no later than March 15, 2009.
