Dear Colleagues,
Looking for a way to offer programs that will keep your students engaged in career exploration during the quietest, darkest month of the academic year? The EACE Road Trips to the Real World has come to the rescue!
We are pleased to present this year's "Road Trips to the Real World" program -- a series of FREE employer site visits for your students during the winter break. WE NEED YOUR HELP to promote this exciting program to your students! Attached to this email are promotional flyers, and a student email template. Online registration begins December 2nd (Tuesday) at 10 am and Ends on Friday, December 12th. Spots fill up VERY quickly for some of the more popular sites, so please get the word out as soon as you can and tell your students to register early for the best selection.
THIS YEAR'S SITES INCLUDE:

Each of the Road Trips is planned by the employer and staffed by a member of the EACE Road Trips Committee. Site visits may include panel discussions of employees and/or interns, site tours, or networking sessions. The programs are free for students; however, they must provide their own transportation to and from the site.
Once registered for a site, students will receive instructions to RSVP, prior to December 19th to confirm they plan to attend. As always, NO-SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS ARE STRONGLY DISCOURAGED and we ask that you help us impress upon your students the importance of this.
